Following recipes diligently, you'll ensure consistency in food preparation and execute essential cooking tasks like sautéing, frying, and grilling. Operating kitchen equipment, maintaining a clean kitchen, and monitoring inventory are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Adherence to health and safety regulations and collaboration with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations round out your key duties.

Qualifications

Culinary school education or relevant experience

Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques (Western)
